“Did you hear the stupidity coming from the mouth of Lt. Gen. Thomas McInerney?” asked Rick Party, referring to Gen. McInerney’s call for martial law declaration back in early December 2020.
Here’s what the retired Air Force general said that got Rick all worked up:
So what we have got to do, because it is serious. It is not fraudulent activity, as the President has talked about; it is treason. And with treason, you have got to take some very dramatic actions. I believe that President by invoking his executive order [EO 13848 from 2018] and the Insurrection Act, should then also declare martial law. He should suspend habeas corpus and start arresting those people because we know who they are. And we should start arresting them.
And we’re going to need military tribunals because it’s obvious the corruption – i.e. look at General Flynn, and Judge Sullivan, and the corruptness there. The corruptness, and the glacial pace of our judicial system cannot compete with what the founding fathers – who never heard of cyber warfare, but they heard of what? They heard of what I took an oath – and the president and all people that work for the government – to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies foreign and domestic.
We have both foreign and domestic enemies here, but that’s why I believe we should take this urgent action and declare the martial law, suspend the Electoral College meeting of 14 December, and suspend the Inauguration at 20 January.
Rick Party was scathing in his criticism of the general’s recommendations. And perhaps that’s why the video upload by the Rick and Sasha YouTube channel has more dislikes than likes as at the time this post was published.

Military Times says ‘the concept of the military being involved in such a re-vote and that Flynn and other once respected military officials would invoke martial law raises alarms for constitutional scholars and military civilian experts.’
Bill Banks is a Syracuse University professor with expertise in constitutional and national security law. He said, ‘Apart from the fact that the state and now federal investigators have found no evidence of election fraud that would change the election outcome, martial law has no place in the United States, absent a complete breakdown of civil governing mechanisms. He called this idea “preposterous”. Military law,’ he added, ‘simply has the military in charge subject only to military orders, not civilian law.’

Indeed many of the comments on the video support the general’s call for martial law declaration.
“If you have nothing to hide then let a forensic audit on the machines. The military experts are there,” commented Ruth Reeve. “So much corruption, so little media coverage.”
Jack Gant added, “Rick, we won’t be listening to your BS anymore!”
And Aero said, “Do it. Shut down the mainstream media while you’re at it!”
THE MOMENT OF TRUTH
Well, it has been over a week now since US special forces reportedly seized Nancy Pelosi’s laptop from Capitol Hill during the January 6 riots. Some accounts say up to 14 (fourteen) other laptops were seized that day. And since that fateful day, there have been reports of US operations and/or actions in Pakistan, Italy, Germany, and UK based on Intel derived from said seized laptops.
The Italian government situation could be connected to the election interference. The Angela Merkel resignation, however, had been planned long before the 2020 US elections, and is understood to be normal.
At any rate, as the January 20 Inauguration draws nearer, we are at the moment of truth, where we find out whether or not there has indeed been an ongoing military sting operation against foreign and domestic actors that tampered fraudulently and even treasonously with the US 2020 Elections.

McInerney says were involved in treason with regard to the November 3 elections.
